Slovenia is a small, well-developed Central European economy with a sophisticated procurement system for its size. The e-JN platform (ejn.gov.si) is the mandatory national e-procurement system, managed by the Public Procurement Directorate. Slovenia is one of the most digitally advanced CEE countries and has adopted all EU procurement Directives fully. However, the market is small, and the Slovenian language is unique with limited NLP tooling available.
